NEXT MEATS Co., Ltd. a Japanese subsidiary of NEXT MEATS Holdings, Inc. (OTC Market in the US listed corporation as “NXMH”) Tokyo based food-tech venture company participated the exclusive tasting event with Bidfood (International broad-line foodservice conglomerate listed on the JSE, South Africa.) at Foodyard in Amsterdam for the mutual distribution of its products in European Markets.
 

Foodyard in Amsterdam is the largest facilities of the 6 locations in Netherlands owned and operated by Bidfood where they are the unique culinary clubhouse type of studio kitchens and inspiration center

for food, restaurant and hospitality professionals with numerous exciting sessions, new technologies,

delicious tasting events and product are being offered to the guests by the best chefs and food professionals.

At Foodyard, Bidfood executive chef Kenny van Dijk prepared all vegan meals using the newest non-GMO soybean protein based alternative plant-based meat named “Next Short Rib 2.0” (Products of NEXT MEATS Co., Ltd.) by demonstrating delectable versatility of the product for the international restaurant professionals and buyers. At the same time, Van Gelder (Founded in Netherlands in 1953 and the partner company of Next Meats in Europe) showcased 1kg of B2B package along with some marinated samples of “Next Short Rib 2.0” for this event.
