It has been brought to our attention that our stock (OTC Pink: NXMH) displayed unnatural fluctuations on May 9, 2022 EDT. We have initiated the investigation into this matter, however, as of present time, we have no reason to believe that any foul play was involved. We will update all of our investors if anything is discovered during our investigation.
